Return & Replacement Policy

At Feel Homie, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

Replacement Eligibility

We only provide replacements for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Wrong products received

Replacement requests for any other reasons will be denied.

Proof Required for Replacement

To request a replacement, customers must provide a complete 360° unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The package before opening
  • The unboxing process
  • All sides of the product
  • The defect or issue clearly visible

Without proper proof video, no replacement, return, or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Window

We have a 48 hours return policy. This means you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a replacement.

Requests made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proper proof video must be provided

If the returned item is found to be used, intentionally damaged, or different from the original shipped product, the request will be rejected.

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • We will replace the defective/wrong item with the same product
  • We do not provide refunds
  • Only replacement is available

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for replacement or cancellation.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information while placing orders. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
